I have used this along with the exercises I learned from Grow taller 4 idiots and it has helped me tremendously with my goal of getting fit and healthy. With the help of these two did not only made me lose unwanted pounds but it has also gave me a new way of how to grow taller naturally without growth hormone supplements.
Some have reported minor side effects like cramping and loose bowel movements due to the cleansing process.
I began taking Bowtrol on Tuesday - today is Saturday. I could not be happier so far. My movemnets are controllable - a lot in the morning and then regular, smaller, throughout the day. I have not had any attacks - or need to rush to the bathroom. I feel great and can tell I am loosing weight / bulk.
This sounds odd - but I have not passed the famous intestine shaped bowl movement, yet.
I bought 2 months - which seems like plenty. The doses are 3-8 capsules per day - all at once. I think there are 90 per bottle.

I took my first dosage last night (3 pills) and have been cleaning out all day, which is wonderful because usually I'm blocked up for 3 days in a row. I haven't tried anything else but this is working so far. I'm hoping this continues to work this well because I'm feeling good today :)

I used Bowtrol on Sunday night 11pm and Monday morning 8am- was in the bathroom for 1/2 an hour ... felt great afterwards. My waist line and abs immediately came back to normal (big dinner sunday night.)
Tuesday I didn't take any. By body never felt better!
Wednesday night 11pm took 6 tablets. Woke up this morning an felt like I've got the flu. Headachey and sore boy.
By 11am - was in the bathroom for 20 minutes. Think I stunk up the whole house!
Still feeling a bit 'sea sick'... but will report later on today and see how things are.
Give it try. But don't sign up for 6 bottles at a time.

This stuff really works!! I usually have a 'movement' 1ce a week. This is great. You can take tablets from 3-6 depending on how 'backed up' you feel. What is also important is to drink water so it can help flush the system. I didn't drink much one day and nothing happened. Definetely for people that have serious constipation. Ps you can order this from other websites.

I tried Bowtrol and it worked great. In fact i have recommended to all of my friends, even my 75yr old mother used it without any side effects.
I think many people have to remember the most important part of using any colon cleanser and that is too
1) Drink alot of water
2) Only start with a very small doesage. 3 pills on an empty stomach pretty much before bed time.
Bowtrol is proven to work wonders. I can attest to that but i think those who have had setbacks are those who have not read the recommended dosage levels and neglected to start off with a small dosage.
Before i recommend Bowtrol to my friends i usually tell them to start with a FREE bottle just to see how it works. If it doesnt work then they they are not out money and basically tried 30days for free.

i used bowtrol for 2 months and have nothing negative to say except for the taste of the capsules. thats it. along with diet and exercise it helped me lose 17 lbs. i used to have severe constipation and occasional fecal impactions. i used to be so backed up that when i finally went, i would be vomiting into a garbage can at the same time as sitting on the toilet. sorry TMI... every person is different, so it's likely there will be good reviews and bad reviews. people shouldnt generalize and say "don't listen to anyone who has anything positive to say" blah blah... that's your experience. i, like many others, had a good one. i'm not here to say buy it, i'm just here to say it helped me. however, when i ran out and didn't order anymore, my bowel movements slowed down again.

So far, so good…i was nervous about taking it the first time and i had reason to be as i was ill with a cold. The first day i spent the whole day with diarrhea. It was harsh, but i somehow think its all the toxins excuding from (more like escaping!) from the body. They say when you have diarrhea(if not majorly serious) you should let it run its course instead of blocking it with anti-diarrheal OTC products. It is waste that has to be extracted. The second day with bowtrol is not so bad. Feeling a bit better. I have lost my appetite somewhat though. Has this happened to anyone else? I am not doing the hard core diet cleanse with just veggies and fruit etc…but not overdoing anything else. I have lost 3 lbs in the past two days..i am sure because of all the waste inside. Best of luck to everyone and keep reporting how you feel…i haven’t heard a negative comment yet…

Alright last 3 days and my cleanse is over. I gradually increased my pills till on the last night I took 7 pills. I never did see a muceliod membrane or any parasites but I am definitely about 10 pounds lighter and I definitely feel better my belly isn’t bloated and extended as it was. I am glad for the cleanse to be over the diet was hard. My bowel movements are much bigger and are much easier to produce and the small little pellets that were my bms are gone.
Hope these Bowtrol reviews have helped. Do not rush yourself into buying anything in case you still have doubts about the product make some more research or better yet ask your doctor on his opinion about colon cleansers like Bowtrol :).
